Client work delivered under a paid engagement is governed by the separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Services & Engagement

Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing and IP terms for paid engagements are documented in a separate signed agreement (MSA/SOW). This page does not constitute a contract for services.

4. Free Audits & Consultations

The free brand audit and consultation are offered at our discretion and without obligation. We reserve the right to decline an audit request without explanation. Audit content is informational and not a guarantee of results.

5. Payment Terms (for engaged clients)

• Invoices are due as specified in the SOW (typically 50% advance, 50% on delivery for projects; monthly in advance for retainers).
• Late payments may incur a service-pause and a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, VAT) unless stated otherwise.

6. Disclaimers

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control (market dynamics, your product, competition). While we work hard to deliver excellence, we do not guarantee specific revenue, ranking or traffic numbers. Past results are not a guarantee of future performance.

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from website use.

7. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Our services depend on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.). We are not liable for platform outages, policy changes, account suspensions or pricing changes outside our control.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties commit to keeping shared business information confidential. Detailed NDA terms are included in engagement contracts.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
