Refund Policy

We want every client to be confident before they commit. This page explains when refunds apply, how to request one, and the limitations that come with custom service work.

1. The Free Audit

Our $1,500 brand audit is genuinely free. No payment, no card required, no obligation to hire us after. Therefore — no refund needed and none applies.

2. 7-Day Refund Window

For new client engagements, you have 7 days from the date of signed agreement and full payment to cancel and receive a refund, provided work has not yet begun. This gives you a no-risk window to change your mind.

3. After Work Has Begun

Marketing is a service business. Once we've started — kickoff calls, strategy development, account audits, creative production, ad spend management — refunds are not possible because the work cannot be returned. Specifically:

• Strategy and discovery hours are non-refundable once delivered
• Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for the current billing month
• Custom creative production is non-refundable once produced
• Ad spend you've placed on third-party platforms (Google, Meta) is between you and the platform — not refundable through us

4. Mid-Engagement Termination

Either side may end an ongoing engagement with 30 days' written notice. During this notice period:

• We continue delivering the agreed scope
• You pay for the work delivered through the notice period
• We hand over all assets, access and reports

No refund of prior fees applies, but you owe nothing beyond the 30-day notice period.

5. How to Request a Refund

Within the 7-day window, email connecttitans9@gmail.com with:

• Your full name and company name
• Date of payment and amount
• Reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)

We acknowledge within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7 business days, returned via the original payment method.

6. Disputes & Resolution
